Amy is a strategic enablement executive and education advocate. Passionate about driving company growth through learning, Amy creates transformational products, programs, and experiences for customers, partners, employees, and individuals to help them reach their goals. 

She joined ServiceNow in 2023 to lead the Training, Alliance Enablement, and Certification Organization (TACO), which drives the company's global education efforts, including RiseUp with ServiceNow, a talent movement that empowers people to build meaningful careers on the ServiceNow platform through training, coaching, networking, and hands-on experience. Amy is a frequent speaker at company and industry events. She enjoys coaching and mentoring rising talent, especially women and people from typically underrepresented groups in tech. 

She is an active volunteer in schools and non-profit organizations in her local community as well as a member of the World Economic Forum Chief Learning Officers Community.
